SNACKS...

THANKS to everyone that provided snacks this week and last.  Our cupboards are full once again.  If you did not get a chance to bring some, please consider sending some when you get a chance.  It is great to have a snack each morning after our reading and word study!

Good-Bye to Erin...

Today was Erin's last day with us as a CAP student.  We gave her a t-shirt with our names signed on the back (autographs!!) and made her cards to THANK her for the great job that she did.  We gave her a HUGE chocolate bar, too!!!  She wrote a special card to each student and brought treats to share.  We will miss her A LOT!!!

Erin is getting a lot of HUGS from her friends.  It was hard to get them to go outside for recess!!!  There were a few tears from all of us.  We really built a special relationship with her.  We just love and support the CAP program.  THANKS to LHS for supporting it.

Thanks, Andraya...Andraya

Andraya and her family went on a trip last week to Florida.  On Monday, she shared a story about her trip and some of her FAVORITE and AMAZING experiences.  She brought a few things to share.  We had a great time listening to her.  Thanks for sharing, Andraya.

Student of the Week...

Jonathan is this week's Student of the Week.  He lives with his mom and his middle name is Adam.  Some of his favorites are the color red, dinosaurs, spaghetti, The Lunch Snatcher, basketball, reading, and playing with friends.  He is a star because he is AWESOME and likes to help others.  Three things about him that you may not know are that he is good at games, good at sports, and that his IQ is 175.  When he grows up, he wants to be a firefighter.
