Girls Lunch...

We had an AWESOME Day of Girls Lunch...the weather was beautiful!!!

The Bearded Dragon...

Carsten shared his NEW pet for this week's Student of the Week.  It is "Beardy" his bearded dragon.  Everyone asked great questions and got to pet him.  He will grow a lot!!  Also, THANKS to Carsten's parents for treating us to pizza and cookies on his birthday!  It was a great surprise...

Eli...the baby calf

We got to see a baby calf this week!  It was Ms. Kylie's sister who brought the calf to Challenger.  His name is Eli.  He is bottle fed 3 times a day and does not have a mom to take care of him.  He LOVED us and was ready to take a nap by recess time.    

A Pet Snake...

Kale shared his pet snake today.  We learned a lot about it and even got to pet it!!!  THANKS to his mom for taking time to bring it to school...

The Butterflies Were Released On The Prairie...

Faith's Chicks Have Arrived...

Faith brought her chicks to share with the classroom today!  She did an AMAZING job at sharing her experiences and LOVE for animals.  She is responsible for these creatures each day and is learning a valuable lesson in life.  THANKS for sharing them with us...we LOVED them!  Thanks to your dad for taking time to bring them to school!!!
