Student of the Week...

Last week's Student of the Week was Melissa!  She has one sister and lives in Thief River Falls.  Some of her favorites are the color pink, dogs, pepperoni pizza or Italian meat pizza, Owl Diaries, reading, and playing with my sister.  She wants to be an artist when she grows up!  She is a star because her family loves her and she helps others by caring.  THREE things you may not know about Melissa are that she LOVES playing with her sister, she is curious, and she LOVES Asian types of food.  Thanks for your awesome job on the poster.  Good Job!!

Cross Country..

Blake and Tayton were Mrs. Helling's third grade students!!!!  They are now seniors and visited for Prowler Pride on Friday!  They did an awesome job!!!

Flashlight Friday...

We had a GREAT time on Flashlight Friday!  We plan to do it again next Friday...Bring your flashlights and maybe even something special to read.  Like a magazine???

Prowler Pride...Cross Country

The Cross Country Team was our Prowler Pride guest this week!  They did an AMAZING job with our third graders.  It was fun to fill the room with BIG kids!!!  Go Prowlers...

Stomp Out Bullying Day...

Challenger celebrated "Stomp Out Bullying" Day today.  Activities on bullying were discussed, videos were watched, and the students wrote about times they were bullied in their Writer's Notebooks.  We also made posters about bullying and will continue to talk about it all week.  The students are very aware of the choices that they need to make each day to not be a bully and stick up for those that are being bullied.  The Prowler Way has no time for bullies!  Be Brave...Stomp Out Bullying!!!  

Student of the Week...

Syver is this week's Student of the Week.  He has two brothers named Mikel and Iver.  When he grows up, he wants to be a dirt bike rider.  Some of his FAVORITE things are the color green, dogs, pizza, Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, football, gym, math, and four-wheeling.  He is a star because of his red hair and likes to help others.  Three things you may not know about him are that he LOVES pop, pizza, and snowcats.  Good Job, Syver!!!
