| We had an AMAZING time at the LHS Homecoming Parade on Friday. We dressed in our Prowler gear, tatoos, beads, etc. and headed off to the parade. We each got a bag full of candy and had a lot of laughs with our friends. It was an AWESOME time. GO PROWLERS!!!!! |

| Our special grandma at Valley Home is Grandma Darlene. She used to spend time with Mrs. Helling's students at Challenger until she moved to Valley Home last year. She is an AMAZING person. Tyler was so lucky to work with her. So was she!! |

| We had a WONDERFUL and AMAZING 1st time at Valley Home. The students were just AWESOME to their new resident friends. We made a fall wreath for them to hang on their doors. Many of the students got to see where they lived. It was the BEST time ever! THANKS to Mrs. Benson for all she does to help us do this community service project and a special thanks this month to Kemper's mom, Ty's mom, and Lynsie's mom. It was so GREAT to have you share in this experience. We absolutely can't wait to go again next month. I am so proud of my students. |

| This is Ms Jersey, our Student of the Week. When she grows up, she would like to be a police officer. Some of her FAVORITES are the color red, horses, grandma's rice, bowling, math, reading, and doing art projects at home. She is a STAR because she is a great BIG sister. She likes to help her friends and always hugs and kisses her family. A few things you may not know about Jersey are: She loves to meet and make new friends, play with animals, go on vacations, and play with her sister. (She says, " I love her so much.") THANKS for doing a great job on your poster. |
